LEED Administrator / LEED Project Manager

BR+A seeks a LEED Administrator / LEED Project Manager in our Watertown, MA (Boston) office to coordinate and support successful certification for LEED projects. In this role, you will work as part of the Sustainability Department, ensuring that all projects have the tools, resources, and strategies to maximize efficiency and achieve the highest level of sustainability.

The LEED Administrator will be a resource for design-teams, regarding technical and/or procedural LEED issues, quality-control of documentation, and maintenance and development of tools and resources relating to LEED. In addition, the role will require design-team and client communication, coordination of project sustainability goals and metrics, and tracking the status of BR+A LEED projects.

• Knowledge of MEP systems and sustainable strategies (engineering background preferred).
• Experience documenting the LEED MEP-related Credits.
• Experience navigating the entire LEED Certification process.
• Highly organized, attention to detail, strong communication skills.
