This 80,000 SF, 4-story research wet, dry and transitional laboratory combines the Materials Sciences and Chemical Engineering research laboratories in a state-of-the-art complex for silicon wafer nanofabrication research / fabrication and combustion engineering science. The facility includes 12,000 SF of Class 1,000 Clean space, three electromicroscopy labs (transmission, analytical and scanning), ion beam and laser processing labs, nanoparticle deposition, perchloric hoods, and corrosion labs.
