New Science Facility Master Plan and Assessment Study (New York). Master Plan and Assessment Study to renovate and upgrade the 33,000 SF biology, chemistry, physics, and earth sciences departments to accommodate forensic science and physician assistant studies programs. A new 30,800 SF addition was also explored. Addition would house a research laboratory, clinical / teaching laboratories; Vivarium; computer and conference / seminar rooms; faculty offices, and storage space.
Dyson Hall Facility Master Plan and Assessment Study (Pleasantville). A similar evaluation was performed at Pace University’s Pleasantville campus. BR+A proposed system upgrades, modifications and additions to support the proposed program. This study also evaluated the opportunities for students at the Pleasantville campus to participate in “Distance Learning” programs with the New York City campus.
