    Integrated Sciences Project

    Durham, New Hampshire

MEP/FP engineering services for the pre-design and early schematic phase of the Integrated Sciences Project. This project study includes the full renovation of Spaulding Hall as well as a 45,000 SF addition. The plans will provide new and renovated offices, as well as wet and dry laboratories, for both instruction and research, supporting the University’s College of Life Science and Agriculture, College of Liberal Arts, and the Psychology Department’s neuro-cognitive animal research efforts. The project will house a stand-alone chiller plant, new supply and exhaust air handling units with integral heat wheels, as well as new electrical distribution. The campus central heating plant will continue to feed Spaulding Hall and will also feed the new addition.
