Duke Medicine, Cancer Center Expansion

267,000 SF, seven-floor addition to the Morris Cancer Center, including the expansion of the Center's clinical and exam space. Program included 123 clinical exam rooms, 73 infusion stations, radiation oncology, radiology services, mammography suite, and three new linear accelerators. Patient and family amenities include a boutique with specialty items for cancer survivors, an outdoor garden terrace with infusion area, retail pharmacy, patient resource center, café, and quiet room. Sustainable features include a green roof space, as well as energy efficient mechanical systems. In addition, 65,000 SF of renovations were performed in the Morris Building. LEED Gold Certified.
