Olin Hall Science Facility. Tel/Data Cabling Design and Construction Administration for the new and renovated portions of Olin
Hall. The project consists of approximately 95,000 SF on four floors housing offices, classrooms and research labs. Project involves an
existing portion for renovation, areas of demolition and new construction. Responsible to define both inside telephone and data cabling,
as well as outside plant cabling requirements to provide connectivity to the campus backbone. Design considerations included network hubs
a fiber optic building backbone system and high-speed LAN/Data cabling to each office, lab and classroom area.
UNIVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLINA
Greensboro, North Carolina
Undergraduate Science Facility. Assisted UNCG Facilities Design and Construction with the development of a structured wiring system
documents for the new 140,000 SF Science Facility. Services included review of current campus standards, delivery of schematic and design
development documents. BR+A also provided review and recommendations for dedicated communications rooms to accommodate current and future
capacities.
DARTMOUTH COLLEGE
Hanover, New Hampshire
Psychology Building. Tel-Data Cable specification review and Construction Documents for new multi-story Psychology Building.
Communications cabling included voice, data, and video to each outlet over a structured cabling system design.
STATE STREET
New York, New York
61 Broadway. Telecommunications Engineering to coordinate all communication/LAN requirements as specified for the consolidation of
three floors to the 15th floor. Project required extensive coordination with the architect and general contractor throughout construction
process as well as provided cutover support the weekend of the move. Project responsibilities included documentation of user requirements,
vertical riser system, development of cabling RFP, bid coordination, project management, cost control, as-built drawings and database
information.
FIDELITY INVESTMENTS
Merrimack, New Hampshire
Data Center Network Implementation. On-site engineering and support services for a 30,000 SF Data Center Network Implementation.
Provided Telephone and Data riser diagrams showing cable pair and fiber optic assignments for LAN and WAN connections in and out of the Data
Center. Responsibilities also included documentation of equipment cabinets and rack details for equipment connectivity, including fiber
optic & Cat.5 and special circuit distribution.

Boston, Massachusetts
Lafayette Place. Acting as SSB's representative in project meetings with regards to providing a structured cabling plan for this
383,000 SF Corporate Center. Our responsibilities will include providing a Technical Specification and Scope of Work, based on the SSB
specified design, for inclusion in the Request for Proposal. We provide RFP coordination for competitive bid on the cabling project. BR+A
will assist to select a contractor and monitor construction for compliance with the RFP Scope of Work and provide assistance with
construction related issues.
OPEN MARKET, INC.
Burlington, Massachusetts
Corporate Relocation Project. Structured cabling design and LAN equipment layout schematics for corporate relocation project
from Cambridge to the Wayside Industrial Park in Burlington. Project involved Needs Analysis, System Design, RFP Development and Project
Management. Scope included structured cabling and Tel/data equipment layout throughout a new four-story 120,000 SF building - including
a new 2,800 SF IS Computer Lab and 2,400 SF Development Lab.
PROJECT SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT, INC.
Bedford, Massachusetts
Corporate Relocation Project. Complete project management to include structured cabling design, LAN topology specifications and
RFP documents throughout the renovation and move process for the corporate relocation project to a 90,000 SF facility. Based on building
layout, which included a center atrium, a Zone Cabling concept was recommended to eliminate the need for two equipment rooms and allowed
flexibility and savings for future additions and alterations.
STRATUS CORPORATION
Marlboro, Massachusetts
Telecommunications Lab Upgrade Project. Data systems connectivity to include re-engineering of 1,200 SF systems test lab for
Stratus Telecommunications Products Group (TPG). Work included inventory of existing systems, CAD documentation, verification of current
cabling environment, and recommendations for expansion. BR+A is working with Stratus and its contractors to coordinate system downtime and
final equipment locations. A newly implemented LAN/WAN cabling scheme is being implemented based on BR+A's recommended cable management
methodology.
