BR+A conducted a site survey of 75+ electric manholes, two 15 kV primary distribution switchgear line-ups with three 13.8 kV utility company feeders, and multiple underground duct-bank distribution feeders serving the entire campus (50+ buildings). The goal of the master plan was to document the existing system configuration and load profile of each building, and to make recommendations to reconfigure the loads on the multiple underground loop feeder system to provide a balanced loading of distribution circuits.
