Systems criteria development, site planning and massing studies, existing conditions verification, and complete design and construction administration services for this 414,000 SF new hospital expansion and 100,000 SF renovation. Project will include the addition of 96 acute care inpatient beds, 84 intensive care beds, 4 operating rooms, 3 cath labs, 1 EP lab, 7 IVR rooms, a post-anesthesia care unit, support space, and both a 58,000 SF expansion and 20,000 SF renovation to the existing emergency department. Project will include relocating the existing MRI Pavilion program into the existing south addition and introducing new building systems into a renovation. Targeting LEED Silver.
