Full MEP and IT engineering services for the programming, master planning and design of a new 126,000 SF world-class education and performance center. The project is built on a stunning 110-acre agricultural landscape, with an additional two-thirds of the land preserved as picturesque agricultural fields. The Groton Hill Music Center features a 1,000-seat concert hall, 300-seat performance hall, rehearsal and teaching spaces, administrative offices, community space for students and parents, state-of-the-art acoustics, dynamic architecture, on-site parking, and lawn seating for seasonal concerts. The building is designed to be a connected environment that creates opportunities for musicians, students, educators and audience members to engage with the community. This new facility has become a regional gathering place for the highest quality music education programs and professional performances of all genres of music for Central Massachusetts and beyond.
