Groton Hill Music Center

Full MEP and IT engineering services for the programming, master planning and design of a new 126,000 SF world-class education and performance center. The project is built on a stunning 110-acre agricultural landscape, with an additional two-thirds of the land preserved as picturesque agricultural fields. The Groton Hill Music Center features a 1,000-seat concert hall, 300-seat performance hall, rehearsal and teaching spaces, administrative offices, community space for students and parents, state-of-the-art acoustics, dynamic architecture, on-site parking, and lawn seating for seasonal concerts. The building is designed to be a connected environment that creates opportunities for musicians, students, educators and audience members to engage with the community. This new facility has become a regional gathering place for the highest quality music education programs and professional performances of all genres of music for Central Massachusetts and beyond. Recipient of the 2024 United States Institute for Theater Technology (USITT) Architecture Honor Award.
