MIT, Morris and Sophie Chang Building

Renovation and addition of the historical Building E52, home to MIT's Department of Economics and administrative offices for the Sloan School of Management. This 155,000 SF project involved extensive programming and space planning effort, including new communicating stairs that provide clear circulation routes throughout the building. A new glass-enclosed rooftop conference center features a view of the Boston skyline and accommodates 700 people, featuring technology, acoustics, moveable partitions, and furniture allowing for maximum flexibility. LEED Platinum Certified.
