101,000 SF state-of-the-art athletic center to replace the University's 1958 facility, which was built to accommodate approximately 400 students. The new Wellness Center provides; a two-level, 9,000 SF fitness center; three exercise rooms for group fitness classes such as yoga, cycling, and barre; a competition gym with 1,500 seats; a multipurpose gym with two dividable courts, as well as dropdown throwing and batting cages; a golf simulator; and an indoor elevated track overlooking the competition gym. Additional amenities include eight intercollegiate locker rooms, two public day locker rooms, two academic classrooms for classes and student-athlete study halls, and a smoothie bar / lounge.
