Project also includes a 19,000 SF Vivarium with a full interstitial space for rodents and large animals, and a plant growth facility to be utilized by the entire Life Sciences and Technology Center. Bettered California’s Title 24 energy standards by 22% and assisted USC in securing $47,000 rebate from the local utility company (4 LEED credits).
