John J. Sbrega Health and Science Building

Fall River, Massachusetts

Strategic programming, lab planning, feasibility study, and design of a new 50,000 GSF laboratory building. Teaching laboratories include chemistry, biology, anatomy and physiology. Clinical laboratories include nursing, medical technology, dental hygiene, radiology and associated offices.  Project also includes the significant backfill of the 29,500 GSF Siegel Health Technologies Building and the 42,900 GSF Science Building.  This project will be the first Zero Net Energy building of its kind in a harsh climate like Massachusetts.  Estimated construction cost:  $34,000,000.  Construction completion in 2016.  Pursuing LEED Platinum Certification.
