Rutgers University Honors College, Interdisciplinary Academic Building
200,000 SF academic building for the School of Arts and Sciences. This facility caters to 20,000 students each day, featuring modern lecture halls, classrooms, informal learning spaces, conference space, and faculty offices. The facility boasts a technology-rich environment, with active learning classrooms, high-end printers, and teaching walls, as well as other advanced features for interactive teaching and learning opportunities. Additional features include outdoor learning and collaboration spaces, terraces supporting a new cafe, as well as large gathering spaces for events. This was the first new academic facility built on the College Avenue campus since 1961.
